i suggest cut the half of the tray (left side including patch)
dunk it with 1/100 bleach for 6-16h in cold water (better fridge)
and get the big ones at the 2nd flush...
about the temp i used to pay too much attention to that.
cubensis are tropical fruit and needs high humidity and warm temp.
ive seen mushies grown from 16c to 40c and the biggest diffrence is the contaminations at high temps. maybe a little slower at low temps but maybe in a day diffrence. anyway it takes me 4-5-6 days to haverest from the moment pins showed. i let them fully open only if i want to take a print. hate the spores mess in my tea.
best to haverest before veil tears off.
