hi guys, im totaly new to this growing thing, i have researched the basics, i have bought 12 sterile jars with perlite and have 10ml GT spores, how much do i inject into in each individual tub?

also, i have read i need rubbing alcahol for the tip after flaming, can i use any household liquid with similar properties?

i understand the basics to get to the myceline stage, its the growing chamber im confused about. does it have to be sterile like the previous stage? is it 3 hours of light like some say? can i just open it up and spray water when it looks dry (or loss of mosture)?

any help would be awesome.
