First of all, don't announce the city you live in. Bad form.

Second, don't type in all caps - it is damned hard to read.

What is the substrate in the mycobags? Is it supercake or grain?

You can fruit supercake subs right in the bag.

Sandbags will need some light to pin properly. You can not leave them in absolute darkness all the time. But just a very little light works. A light bright enough to read by for 4 hours a day will trigger pinning.

If you organize your questions into a format like this:

1. What temp should I use?
2. What is the right container?
3. What is the correct size?

You will get a lot more/better answers.
