anyway abuse can be looked at in different ways. DMT is not a substance to smoke to "get fucked up". Idk if there is a set amount that you are supposed to use it...but if you abuse it too much i think it will def let you know. You can judge me but that doesnt really matter to me...possibly i do abuse it but thats my path. as long as i dont draw in unwanted attention to this underground and dont hurt anyone in the process thats my choice. And i dont smoke it everyday all the time...i just stated it happens.
Anyway the intitial problem was the elf's bad trips. Sometimes they happen...i can get bad trips from any psychadelic. If its too much for 1 to handle at times...sometimes a break is a good idea. You need a good mindset when dealing with that kind of power. Sometimes it scares the fuck outta me to where i gotta stop. But after the breaks i try it again and something amazing comes out of it.
