Tubs vs Bags (Yield)

Is there any reason to suspect that any given amount of substrate would yied more or less in a tub vs a bag?

I ask because for a number of reasons bags are far more suited for aparment growing than tubs. Eg bags can have all the empty air spaced removed placed in a bigger bag and transported, empty air space in a tub can never be removed making it much harder to hide or transport

Tubs have a flat surface for fruiting versus more of a round one for bags. Tubs also probably get more fresh air exchange, but when the substrate in a bag is colonized as many air holes or filters can be added as wanted.

So the bags seem to be more space efficient, easier to hide, move, etc.. any reason to suspect theyd yield less than tubs?
