Nice, I´m trying too "subs" now, one has dung and the other has almost only newspaper...the one with newspaper goes very faster! So I think to change the 50:50 coir/dung to 50:25:25 coir/dung/newspaper, for example, is a good idea =]

yeah also contemplating throwing in 2x2" chunks of cardboard as well.
