stoned coder your cultures are coming along nicely should be no longer than a week and a half. mushroom joe yours is on agar and is starting to show signs of life. no contams as of yet. i will be doing back ups of these tomorrow so if there is any problems with the first batch then your wait will not be as long as if i'd had to start from scratch.
