How can I transfer from agar to LC?

Well, the title says it all. I am thinking about adding distilled water to the top of the mycellium in the agar, swirling a bit, suck it up and inject. My concern is this, is distilled water considered sterile from the bottle? I could boil it but I would like to avoid waiting the long cooling period. Thanks.

I'd sterilize some water in a jar with some broken glass pieces, then put the agar in and shake it shake shake it shake it like a polaroid picture, you know what to do.....sorry.

Then suck it up into some syringes.

Like Hippie suggests, boil or sterilize the water first.

have done it exactly like this:

Use a glove box or flow hood when you transfer the agar wedge to your lc jar.
If you do it quick enough you may get by without a gb or fh but I would not chance it.

For tasks like this I have been trying out this simple setup. I lysol around a rubbermaid inside and out and then run the peele ionizer in front for a few minutes then work in the rubbermaid with the lid off (on its side). So far so good, I am working on construciting a glove box but want to make a foldable design.
