So I would usually go to my local carniceria/market for pan dulce to satisfy my muchies but for some reason one day I decided to keep walking past the bread display and back to the butchers window. There I was greeted with the sight of multitudes of marvelous looking morsels. Prepared chicken and beef fajita mix, lengua(beef tongue), queso fresco, al pastor, and all sorts of other good stuff. But what really caught my eye was the bacon-esque chicharrón on top in a heating tray; now this is far different than the pork-rinds that are sold in the bags (although I haven't been to the south so I don't know if whats referred to as "pork cracklins" is similar to these,) these babies still have meat on them although they have the other kind which is only the skin (after having the ones with meat, those others are a tease.)

Potomac Pizza, and independently owned chain pizza place in the DC suburbs. There pizza may be a little more expensive than the corporate places, but the pizza is fucking ridiculous.

When we were traveling during the summer, I had a craving for the pizza, and we could not find a place like it where we were in Cali and Boston. It was stupid. Took me two weeks to satisfy my craving.

This pizza pictured is of the pepperoni and bacon variety. If I had to pick a last meal...it'd be either this or BLL's chili.
