For those who asked about the Ethiopian food, it's mostly based around different kinds of stew (wat) which is eaten with a flat, unlevened bread called injera. Injera is made from a grass grain that is not wheat, is gluten free and has higher levels of protein and other good stuff. No utensils are used, you eat with your hands using the injera to scoop up the wat. It's very tasty. If you can find a restaurant, you should definitely try it.

hehe i love ethiopian food , I LOVE KITFO its like an african um whats that european dish with the rare ground beef or whatever but its just like that but spicier and with something similare to ghee but with like ginger infused ethiopian food rocks to bad all i really eat most of the time is bananas rice and whatever meat blended up in th blender like a smoothie heheheh
