    we cannot allow the posting of advertisements, endorsements, recommendations, etc. for commercial firms that sell the same products as our sponsors do.
    Our agreement with our sponsors, who we need to afford this place, requires us to keep this site free of such commercials for non-sponsors.
    it's ok to mention in passing that you got spores, etc. from a non-sponsor, but please refrain from posting their prices and/or products, linking to their site, urging folks to buy from them instead of our sponsors, etc.
