I had found this virtual mj game online which was an old version, Mermaidia found the new free game. I thought it was cool enough we could have a contest.
HighGrow 4.20 FREEWARE Version - Legal Marijuana Growing
I wanted to have a Mycotopia Cannabis cup
and what other way to do it but virtually.
The game will give you a print out at the end of your total harvest and how potent the grass was. Save the print out to a jpeg and post jpeg here.
There will be the two catagories of selection. Potency and Total weight.
First place in both catagories win 5 print and 20 hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. Second place wins 3 prints, and Third place wins two prints.
It will take 90 days or so to harvest so the dead line for the contest will be Jan 1 of 2008.

I hear ya Ras. All of my plants are doing well except the AK-Widow. Can't get it to grow.

I've tried twice. Sigh.......Time to move on to something else.

Count me in!!!!!!!!!!The program seems fairly realistic and pretty detailed look forward to seeing everyones results. Also I wish they had hydro setups soil is foreign to me.

Ya you can only have 3 grow rooms.
They disabled the option to add extra rooms.
All mine seem to be doing good. Im about to prune em soon and put the lights on 12/12

Thanks CM. We may have to move the end of the contest to the end of Jan or mid Feb Im thinking to allow every whos died that first go around or those who wish to play to have fair time to get up a good grow.

Hows everyones plants doing?
Im 46 days in and my THC % is barely breaking 1. Most are around .85-.95% THC.
Is that low? Maybe it will jump as time passes.
The health seems to be staying around 70%,
I guess since none have died Im in good shape!

Sounds like its coming along good for ya.
The strain you grow depends on the THC production.
Did you see the seeds you can download from
the site?

Ya, all of my plants are from the sites seeds.
I started before I got that huge list from you! (thanks)

Nope not to late. Ill make the date this ends on Feb 14th. Seeing as some people first try didnt go so well or maybe they wish to try a different strain or even to give people like you a fair chance to get included into the contest also. yeah the game is a little different than real growing. they say to keep the light on top of the plant without touching but no one in real life puts a 1000 w light on top of a seedling. still somewhat cool though, im doing it my own way so i probably wont win. it just seems to not be realistic in some ways.

i used to play plant tycoon in my palm.
it was very addictive to mix the strains of plants and flowers and get new seeds and mutate them and then you had to sell the plants for money, and you would mix the more potent species pollinating them with another plant... im so baked

I was wondering how to do this?
I suck with comps.
When I harvested the male plants I
discovered in the rooms, it gave
an option to print the results,
since I don't have a printer, I
just harvested without printing.
So, in the end, would I count that
weight as part of the contest?
And also, it gives an option to look at the log
of harvested plants, but I can't figure out how
to save it to be posted here.
This is assuming that the total weight/potency
at the end will be for 9 plants.
Not just females.
Maybe someone can explain how I can save as JPEG?

well. Once you have what your looking at up on the screen..

press the ' prt scrn" key on your keyboard...should be next to F12 somewere to the right..... Once you press that key.. it takes a screenshot for you, then open up paintbrush........
hit "edit" up top.. and click, "paste".
everything that you saw on your screen will be there... then just crop out what you dont want, and save it as any other pic/file ...
