I am too lazy to hook up the scanner. So, I just took a picture of my two works. The first one is made all out of construction paper. After finishing that one, I think I am going to do some more like it. The second is colored pencil. So, enjoy. Or not. whatever helps you sleep at night.

thanks for the submission...and as far as what helps me sleep, i find feeding the geese, and a warm glass of milk does it every time...

It looks different close up then far away. I like the color and flow of the picture. What medium is it. It looks as though you went on an epic journey, or I am just inebriated.

That is not to say that is not an awesome drawing.

thanks man..my gf has had this huge canvas, maybe 10'x10', sitting around for so long, so finally one night i asked her if i could cut off a small piece and use it, so now we have about a 5x2 canvas hanging on our bathroom door.

originally i started off thinking outer space, then i just went with the geometric shapes playing with pyramids and hearts and stuff and ended up with my happy little shaman conjuring up an evil serpent chasing a cartoony butterfly...there ya go, just a small glimpse inside of my mind

forgot to add i used oil paint sticks

still new...just figured out how to attach.... plus heres a print we bought from an amazing artist the campsite next to us at langerado 08 in south florida...he mustve spent a few trips doing this one! it looks like its all pencil or charcoal or something, maybe hes even a member here? ...plus ill throw in one of our leopard gecko while im at it cause he looked oh so comfy sunning himself today

yah..he was only charging 15 bucks for the print we got, an amazing deal for such an intricately beautiful work! Im sure he sells alot tho so it must support him.

well i certainly hope so. a project like that takes allot longer than a forty hour work week, so i hope he makes a good living...

i had seen donnie darko before that piece was made, but i dont believe the movie crossed my mind during creation. i can see where you see it... I was just trying to get some things all in the same piece, death, drugs, and relaxation. lol...

that little white lump up front was supposed to be mr bufo but not many people can tell.

lol. people will look at my stuff all the time, and point things out that i had never considered. i feel that our paintings/drawings are sometimes influenced subconsciously once in awhile, much like our dreams. no matter what the inspiration be, conscious or subconscious, i really like it man...
