aumbrellaforainydays Mycotopiate Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 1,329	if i had come upon this extract i would put it in a teabag, steep 15 mins in boiling water, add some honey, squirt of lemon, enjoy and have a nice conversation, read a book, meditate, dose something more powerful (ie. mary jane) and relax. __________________ We are all born free and equal.
