    When you guys say use a crackpot. What is a crackpot is that a pot with a cover. A pot cover with a hole in it?? Im not sure what it means maybe its not a uk name we use for pots?? I know it probally sounds stupid but I want to make sure I use the right kind of pot.

    it's a crockpot,
    not a crackpot, which means someone who's nuts.

    a crockpot is electric slow cooker
    used for casseroles, soups, tough cuts of meat
    slow cooked just below boiling temp for several hours.

    crock as in crockery because it has a ceramic liner
    removed to clean.
