I have heard of many doing it that way, but its not the most efficient.

getting a bubbler with a good vaporizing bowl will enable you to get clean large rips.

Anyone know the name of that type of bowl in those pictures? I want to try to make a base pipe but I'm not sure if you can buy the bowl by itself.

The headshop I used to work for sold them as oil burners/pipes. We stopped displaying them so you had to ask to see them. We did kick a lot of people out for useing the term "base pipe" also crack pipe, but you could guess that one. I have been seeing base pipes in lots of gas stations. Sometimes they are straight with some shity fake rose in them. Here is one I bought for well under 10 and easily fit it to a 1.5 footer.

I'm tryin to figure out the design. Do you just put the DMT in the little bubble and put a lighter to it ?

edit- ok duh u light the bottom.

If I am going to use the MJ pipe, can I just put it on some small nugs and smoke normally (w/o the flame touching).

Or should I really get a cracker head cracker pipe?

what i do requires 2 brass/steal screens
one goes in the bowl, with ash on top to catch the dmt as it melts
then i have another one on top to keep the flame off the spice
just remember.. your bowl will taste like dmt from now on..
so i wouldn't use your favorite tabacco pipe

Tetsu, make a lightbulb vaporizor. Do you need instructions? They work pretty well. Much easier than ordering glassware off the internet, IMO. (None of the headshops around me carry oil pipes or whatever they're called)

If you are gonna use your pipe that you got sprinkle a lil dried parsley on top. When it lights remove the lighter and let the embers do the rest. Light bulb would be gd Doc and easy to make
