what is the best way to do this? do you salt it and dissolve in water or what? what is a good intramuscular dosage? how long do the effects take to hit when injected into a muscle?

Yes, salt and dissolve. Be sure you have pure DMT. Swim woulds start with amount smoked and work up from there for intramuscular. For IV he would start with a little lower.

Swim believes however that you would get a far faster and stronger onset smoking than intramuscular.

be sure that the ph of the solution is close to neutral. injecting liquids of a too high or low ph could cause tissue damage. also using a wheel filter would be a good idea. it will filter out any bacteria or other nasties contained in the mix. safety first!

I know saline is like salt water but it really baffles me that shooting it doesn't hurt. I shot some coke once that was cut with bakingsoda and I learned where my veins were real quick as the burning sensation traveled with the blood...

i wouldn't bother with IM.
if for some reason you really want to do IM, filter for sure.
know that IM presents a greater risk for infection than does IV with nonsterile
formulations and/or technique.
