    pods.. large or small?
    I think I read that the pods are more desirable than the stems (correct me if i'm wrong) but..

    which seems to be the favorite... larger pods or smaller pods?

    Thumbs up I use them STRICTLY for severe abdominal pain
    Pods are MUCH better than the stems are as they hold almost all of the goodness,size makes no diff!!
    I have made tea out of stems before though,and it will work.Just not nearly as strong<imo> as the pods are!!

    Get the large pods and make tea. The stems have plenty of goodies too, you can use them in the tea as well, but for me it gives it a nasty taste. I extract the stems. I bought small pods that did absolutely nothing for me, but the bigs never disappointed me. Might just be my take, but the guy I get them from told me to go large as well.
