    Poppies=Gel Caps
    AFOAF has been putting ground up pods into "00" gel caps. She is tired of having to consume like 20 to 40 of them. This person was wondering how exactly the best way to extract from the pods and them put them into caps. The tea is nice for some but the taste is unbearable for her.

    Soak in water or alcohol, evaporate and srape.

    There's like 5 threads on the 1st page about this....

    I relieze that there are threads on this, but I cant find a concise answer on which is prefered and why? Also I wasnt sure if you would be able to power or gring the goo you end up with.

    It's up to you really... I don't understand the difference other than that water is cheaper and that you can evaporate the water safely over a stove.

    Alcohol and water are both polar so theoretically you should be getting similar yields...unless I'm not thinking of something, maybe water might pull in more junk.
