    5-HTP in plants

I am compilying a list of plants high in 5-htp or 5-Hydroxytryptophan.

    Griffonia simplicia,
    valerian,
    Bacopa,
    Ashwagandha,
    Evening primrose,
    walnuts,
    hickory nuts,
    brown rice,
    peanuts,
    sesame seeds,
    bananas, plantain,
    avocados,
    kiwi,
    plum,
    tomatoes,
    yopo,

    turkey and cheese?

there has to be lots of them, and i have a feeling that if people ate more of these foods they'd be happier? when the ayahuasca shamans of the amazon would go out on their retreats, they would eat a diet of bananas and ???. did those foods effect how DMT and the MOAI worked in the shaman?
