Dosing DMT with DMSO?

Ok, so there's this solvent called DMSO, it's a liquid that is so damn pro that it actually slides right through your skin when applied, carrying anything that's dissolved in it right into your bloodstream, like an injection without the needle and syringe. Two days ago I realised that if I were to dissolve some DMT in this stuff and then drip it on a bodypart with thin skin I'd probably trip. So I tried, and I did:-)

I AM NEVER SMOKING DMT AGAIN!

This is a new avenue for me. I would love to hear what the % DMT to DMSO was and what the dose&response was like especially compared to smoking it. Did you use super clean spice? My wheels are spinning now.

wow... i didnt know there was a carrier for such a substance as DMT... so i wonder if you were plannin on elaborating on your experience...
i'm guess it was comparable to the intensity of the smoked experience BUT since i have only ever smoked the elf spice ~ i wonder if you would please compare and contrast the effects for us

was the set-in time and effects the same as smoking, or did things take longer, or even faster? couid you taste the solvent as wiki says. could you possibly taste what you dissolve in the solvent as well? or are you tripping hard enough that you dont notice?

Before we all rush out and get some I would be worried about how impure the store bought shit is. Seems as though any junk would be absorbed into the blood as well. Although it must be made "safe" to work with i guess.....Aquadotts anyone?

both the chemical house stuff and the beauty supply stuff says 99.9 percent. its made for the same purposes, just a different substance being applied to your skin. i'm sure as a beauty product its been run threw the fda or something as its meant for human consumption in some way... but yeah. you never know what could be in that .01 percent.

imagine taking this procedure up with some psilo extract. i'm sure this is by far the easiest way to dose.

there is always of course the other way to get some: DGR Industrial Products, Inc. :: Solvents :: Organic Solvents :: Dimethyl Sulfoxide, 500ml quite a bit more pricey though, and not even close to as much quantity for the price. almost 1/3rd. might just be that one site. but i dont see why it would be a big issue to buy the cheap stuff.

an maoi is only needed when dmt is exposed the stomach enzymes that break it down before its passed on to your bloodstream.

sniffing, smoking, injecting, or any other way that avoids the stomach to get to your bloodstream doesn't require an maoi

I've done psilly extract with DSMO..It did work pretty well with no perceived side effects.
You do get a garlic taste in yer mouth though..I would imagine that a more consentrated drug like DMT would be effective..Only problem is getting lab grade solvent..Mine is Tec grade so only tried a couple o' times for giggles..

DMSO is supposedly good for a lot of things..... I made a mix of it with Hydrogen Peroxide when I broke some small bones in my hand..... It did wonders.... Also, there is an urban legend about dmso, DSL (or am I dyslexic), and supersoaker waterguns......

Well, as for dosage I eyeballed about 10 mg and dissolved it in 5ml 99.9% DMSO. Then I dripped it underneath my tounge, 2.5ml at a time with about a 1 min interval. In hindsight that might have been too large a dose as I had a white-out at one point in the trip. The come up was slower than smoked DMT, but much faster than yage. Might have been about 5 min before truly entering inner space. The trip was as powerful as any DMT trip, smoked or oral, but due to the white-out I can't remember much,. If I hade used the same dose on my wrist or navel I may have had a more controllable experience... However, the parts I remember was clearer than a normal smoked trip, not the same feeling of being bombarded with information.

I did taste both garlic and DMT, but since I dripped in my mouth that was hardly surprising:-p

I did some research into using DMSO with Salvia to make a tincture that worked better than alchohol and didn't burn. I never ended up trying it because I read in a lot of places about the strong garlic-ish taste and smell and that DMSO will leave your entire body stinking of that smell for days after use.
Salvia Tincture is a pain in the ass, although I definitly prefer sublingual doseing to smoking it, and after finnaly extracting and experiencing DMT I haven't taken any Salvia since then. I have about 5 grams of a good 20x extract sitting in a drawer here and I would like to turn it into tincture in the future.

So did the DMSO burn at all?

Did it leave your body with a stink? if so how long?

WOW thanks for the report Q How long did the whole ride last? from my understanding you can use any thin skin...inside of elbows, neck, tops of feet. Golly covered his with plastic wrap I think, but different solute. HOORAY! experimentation!!

Yeah, i had to cover a larger area of skin cause the dose was several CC's ..I don't think the garlic aroma persists too long and is not that significant really...There is only a slight
burning sensation when applied to sensitive areas , less than with 70% iso alc..

I read a post where someone reported taking an ayauasca enema and it was much stonger than she was expecting.
Also you would not have to follow any MAOI diet because the MAOI is going in after the digestive track. No digestion problems.

Either way, I'm not sticking DMT or anything else up my ass unless my life depends on it!!
Smoking is just fine with me!!

I put plenty of things in DMSO until my friends started complaining of an artificial crab meat scent wafting off me. Also, the garlic taste hits in like ten minutes after application, it is unmistakable. You can tell that its got sulfur in it if your used to being around sulfur compounds like DTT, TEMED, or beta-mercaptoethanol.
