    Sure. That is what "xhia pets" have in them that sprout. The make a nice raw breakfast if you soak them overnight, and then add some agave nectar, chamomile tea, and fresh berries. Mmmmm...

    No way. You do not get high on chia (a small seed) neither w the plant (a vegetable). It is however very good for the health because its oils and nutritive properties. I read it was used as a refreshing drink by the Aztecs.

    I tried it w lemmon and its delicious.

    No hight w it, no trips, but good health and a nicedrink.
