My buddy and I acquired some acid, but we've never done it before.

Please share your experiences and wisdom here.

We've only got two small pieces of blotter, but I'm sure we're in for a ride like never before.

Did alot of acid in high school. Senior year was a hell of a trip. It all depends on how good the acid is though. The best acid I ever had was in geltab form, but I've also had some good blotter. Normally not as visual as mushrooms. The comedown can suck sometimes and I usually feel a little spaced out the next day. It can be hard to sleep after doing acid. Don't get me wrong though, I have had some great times doing acid. There has just been a couple of times that I got bad acid and it sucked. Like one time I ate some and it just gave me a really bad headache and I just laid down for a couple of hours in misery. The other times it was just bunk.

These days I prefer mushrooms, but if some good acid comes along, I'm usually game.

i got it from friends who were still coming down, they said it was goooooood acid.

I thought it'd be cool to take it and then go for a leisurely bikeride on an isolated, low-traffic road - like the very first acid trip on Earth, but I don't know if it's such a good idea... being away from home and all...

Nowadays most of the acid is pretty weak in my opinion. I tried a hit about a year or two ago up on Haight street in SF and it wasn't anything like the stuff I used to dose back in the 80's and early 90's. You might wanna try and pick up 2 hits a piece just in case that initial hit isn't very potent then you can take another.

I was taking greyhound cross country once and me and this guy I met on the buss were getting loaded on Coke and Cisco and he happened to have a few sheets and we took a hit once we hit Nebraska of Porky pig acid. It was kind of weak so we popped another 1 1/2 hits and we were flying.

Be careful but be sure you have a little more just in case so you won't be dissapointed your first trip. if it is really strong than at least you'll both have another hit for next time, but rememebr you can't dose 2 days in a row. You have to wait at least 3 days for your tolerance to go down. If you try you'll just wast acid.

I wouldn't do it in public if I were you unless your at a concert or a festival. I think that riding a bike might not be the best thing cause your heart will start racing and that might fuck with ya. Maybe go for a hike in the woods or better yet camp out or just have a bonfire. Or just sit at home and trip. I like watching movies on acid. Especially when I am too fucked up too do anything else. Playing video games always helped me keep my mind off things when I would have a bad trip too. But make sure they are simple games.

I forgot about that. Being in public is a really bad idea especially your first time. I've gone through some pretty bad trips around to many people. You can get real schizophrenic like. Thinking every one is talking about you. Thinking everyone knows your tripping.

My advice is to do it some place private. Or somewhere in the woods far away from crowds. It's not like mushrooms which can be more mellow. It can have a real speedy like amphetamine feeling to it. People call it gripping. Some times you just gotta grip on to something cause it feels like your mind and body are racing in different directions. Some people love it but to others it can be quite terrifying. Especially in public when you've convinced yourself that everyone knows what your up to.

Acid has to be the most fun I have ever had and MDMA is a close second. The very first time was liquid from a sweet breath bottle! It was intense and the people I was with never trpped before too. We spent most the night jumping out of closets and scaring the shit out of eachother. Also kicking back on the couch listening to some music and using a flashlight to make pictures. We ended up making up a story that went with changing the focus of the light. The nieghbors fricken cat kept watching us from across the courtyard! He knew! LMAO! The night ended to morning and we watched cartoons with music playing and they were all going to the music! Holyshit waht a night! That whole summer was a ride cooked up by some old biker dude and I never knew his name! I only had paper a few time and always ended up eating a 10 strip or more. Have a good trip and always remember the chemical will leave but you will always see things different! Happy triping. Not to jack your thread but has anyone had any geltabs? I always had wierd trips with them. Are they something other than LSD?

Gel tabs are just a different way of keeping the acid. I've tried sugar cubes and microdots. I tried a sugar cube in Junior High. I ate it during class. The microdot I chopped up and snorted another time.

It's all the same. It just depends on how the people you are getting it from has made it. Sometimes it can be really strong and full of great hallucinations. That means they made a good batch. Other times it can feel really weak and give to much of a amphetamine like feeling without the trip. That means the people didn't process it correctly.

It all depends on the skill of the people that are making it. Thats why before I ever bought any quantity I would test it out first. It really sucks when you get a whole bunch just to find out it's been made wrong.

Most of the geltabs I have ever had were basically kinda like blotter in appearance with each hit having its own border for easy cutting into doses. The best geltabs I had however was a sheet that looked like a fruitrollup unrolled basically. It had swirls of all different colors. We just broke it of in jagged little chunks. It was crazy! I fell asleep for a few hours after I was so drained from tripping. When I woke up the next day I wa still tripping. I thought my brain was fried, but after a good nights rest the next day I was fine. It sounds unpleasant but it was actual one hell of a memorable trip and I don't regret it. I've also had sugarcubes as well, I've also had it on rice paper.

+80% of acid isn't really acid. Its probably DOI, DOB, or DOH. These alternatives are a little more speedy and dirty. VERY FEW people in the world are capable of producing LSD-25. Out of my 20 or so experiences, only one was good enough to be considered pseudo-pure

i second that...it's either LSD-25 or it's not. There's no bad acid. Just, it is or it isn't. If it IS, well, congrats.

Personally, two hits of blotter is enough for one person at most. It's my understanding that most of it today is no more than 75 mics - of course, maybe 75 is enough to steal your face? Of course, in further thought, much to be gleaned from small doses.

And, since I'm on the soap box, I think movies and video games are generally a waste of an experience - not that I haven't done it. But the molecule is so rare to come by, I would be looking larger.

I had the wonderful experiece of being able to get a couple sheets of 50 hits each in blotter form last year...let me say 1 hit was almost definitely over 100 mcg...Probably around 150-200 bc half tabs were making my buddies trip. I think most of the time people get bunk acid it is because it has degraded...its only good for a few weeks at most unless very carefully stored. I vacuum sealed it, put it in an opaque plastic bag, then froze it...no degradation noticed from 1st day the 6th month when i ran out ( I only got to expeience the stuff thrice...i had to let my buddies in on that.)
