My Mescaline Extraction

Okay, the past few weeks i've been trying out different methods of San Pedro ingestion. After finding the TEA to be little to no effects and definately a tramautizing experience , I decided doing it the hard way is usually the right way. So I got 300 grams of sun dried san pedro and started to gather together materials for A/B extraction.
The only other extraction i've performed is a salvinorin a extraction from my sally plant.

My Materials:
two HPDE milk jugs washed with bleach and boiling water air dried.
Rooto Lye
Distilled Cold water
Naptha ( replacement for xylene )
Syringe
Measuring instruments
Suave Shampoo bottles washed with bleach and boiling water, air dried.
1 Gallon of Hydrocholic Acid

Alright I have yet to carry out my full extraction but I did however try a mini extraction with roughly 70-100 grams of dried San Pedro. I am a bit worried about how Naptha works instead of xylene. Due to lack of funds and the price of this shit where I am. I can not get any XYLENE! I had the naptha left over from my salvinorin a extractions. Its the clean naptha perfect for extractions. My worries are if naptha even works I have read that it can replace xylene and others it couldn't. From what i've read the soultion has to be a solvent that is non polar. Naptha fits those requirements. This was just more of a practice run to get the feel of using the syringe to suck out the solvent and salting.
I did almost everything flawlessly, Syringe worked so well in sucking up the solvent that I got almost all of it. Added 4-6 drops of HCL to 1.5 cups of water, added to solvent for salting. Frozeeeee poured solvent back into extraction milk jug. Now im sitting here waiting for my HCL water to evaporate.

Now I am not even sure if when the water evaporates I will be left with anything at all!! Naptha could of worked or could of not. Is their any way to tell by the hcl water?? I'm thinking it will be evaporated in 1-2 more days. Naturally evaporating by the way. I tasted the water to see if it taste a little bitter, lol the old tongue dip test. It tasted sour and somewhat bitter too, but I couuldnt really tell.??

What's my chances of being left with some mescaline?? For the other 200 or so grams im waiting till I get some xylene, unless the naptha works as well.

Hmmm. Yeah thought so but ill see. I actually read an old tek that used it instead but it must not be efficient. idkk, ill have to get some xylene

You can NOT use Naphtha...
Mescaline in not soluable in Naphtha.
Do Not waste your time or effort and $$$ with Naphtha
It will not work.
USE Only Tolulene or Xylene.

Just soak your powdered dry cactus material in isopropyl alcohol (94%) for a week, shaking every day. Pour off the alcohol and let it evaporate. Do this three times.

Eat 30g of the tarry goo.

Ehh Ill pass on the tarry goo prep. I almost died trying to drink the cacti tea. Which was 32oz boiled down to 16 oz. I just got me some xylene. Thank the lord!!! I should have some mescaline hcl in the next few days!!

Hey Bear
While I am going to do a A/B extraction w/ Xylene here this week on 250g dried S.Pedro, I have 125g soaking in ISO as we speak. I powdered the chips and soaked in ISO overnight and then drained and added more ISO left over night and drained again. Shaking it many times a day. I am doing my third day of soaking and the ISO is still turning black. It will take a good few days to dry it all out but I will report my results.

Good to hear you got yourself some Xylene. Didn't care for the Tea Method eh?
While I didn't find the Tea that bad, I definitely wouldn't want to drink it often LOL!

Alright, So I did the extraction last night at 8 pm. And I woke up at 1 pm the next afternoon to check up on them. Everything looks good.

Procedure Followed:

Added 2 pints of cold water to Each of the 2 jugs. 2tbs of lye to each. 1 TBS/ per pint.

100 Grams of cactus was added to each jug. Total of 200 grams in both jugs.

Mixed.

Added 1 pint of xylene to each jug.

--They have been sitting for roughly 13 hours and the pint of xylene seems to be completely seperated. Idk if 24 hours is overkill but whatever.

Heres a pick of the jugss, " this look ok?" are they ready to suckkle.
Whats the white shit under the xylene layer??
