Best methods for ingesting DMT.

Hello all.
I shared some of the DMT I extracted with a good friend recently and while he liked it and feels strongly that DMT is a good teacher for him, he wants to take it orally to get the extended duration.
Is an Ayahuasca brew the only way to go or can he just drink syrian rue tea and eat the DMT?
I want to be able to point him in the right direction on this as I have never done DMT b/4 extracting myself a few months ago and I have been more interested in Mescaline myself as I am still not quite comfortable w/ DMT. I seem to have some kind of inner reluctance w/ DMT as I am always ready to dose w/ LSD or Mesc etc.
At least I know I did it right when I extracted it ( DMT ) as we both got off on smoking it.

SWIM takes extracted Rue in a capsule and then 45 mins later takes DMT in a capsule - occasionaly needs some heavily buttered toast to kick start it about 45 mins after that.

Tell him to be prepared for some nausea, SWIM has thrown up more times than not on it and is a regular tripper, just hold it in for as long as possible and whether he thows up or not he will still have the same effect

If you throw up too soon, does it make the effects weaker? I know this is how it is with DXM (a dissociative), but is it like that with DMT? or has your body absorbed all the DMT it is going to by the time you puke, and the puking just gets it started?

I always have trouble keeping DXM powder down, which often leads to diminished effects due to puking. I don't want this to be the case with DMT since I would hate to go through extracting it and then waste it you know?

In order to get anything close to the full experience you must hold the DMT cap down for 30-40 min AT LEAST ime. SWIM has yacked 30 minutes after oral dosing on freebase w/ mao inhibitor and felt 1/2 as much as previous times where he was able to keep it down. The longer you can hold it the better.
I find it helps to always have tums, ginger root, and/ or cannabis in order to help with stomach discomfort. If you dont have to puke, your experience will be much longer & more intense/enjoyable.
