1 or 2 tablespoons of Amanita muscaria can be helpful for preventing anxiety and phobias. I hear that kavalactones produce a synergistic effect with muscimol. has anyone tried combining small amounts of the two?

Gotta chime back in... for those who maybe don't want to work with 20-30 grams of mulungu in their research, some solid extracts are now available, up to 90% pure alkaloids. Can't really ask for much better than that now can you? =) I would also recommend THP (not a missspelling)- works pretty well in my opinion to calm the nerves. However, my first choices are still kava and mulungu. |

I agree with the people that have said work out and push yourself to the limit. Not only does the workout give you relief, but over time you will gain confidence in yourself. Back in college when I was working out for several hours a day, I had no anxiety or problems with self confidence. After college I didnt exercise for a few years, I lost a lot of self confidence. Once I started pushing myself physically I regained a lot of what I lost and the anxiety went away.

To my shitty luck no none RX could help me much other than being drunk and that dose not help in most situations. so now im addicted to xanax but i must say i have no more anxiety. could give stadium speeches on this shit. I take 1 mg 4 x a day or 2 mg in a sever panic attack. Hope u find something that helps.

Per day, what does the xanax cost? I am not a huge fan of pharms, but xanax is pretty good stuff lol. Anything that produces that much of an effect with 1mg is pretty impressive in my book. I am just curious to compare the cost to a comparable herbal blend (which is unfortunate somewhat expensive to produce).

Valium is a really great prescrip for anxiety. Not exactly natural, but quite effective. Consult your local physician

1. i never try to judge people (of course it happens - but i try to catch myself before or during the thought process) 2. we are all connected - hurting someone, only hurts me. 3. try to do one kind thing for a stranger (or someone you know) each and every day. 4. simply be kind to people in general 5. anger is a tool -you can use it to really tell what's going on in a situation. i never gave myself (me) much thought before - now i think about what i'm thinking about all the time (not in a vain way - but introspectively)once you learn to love yourself - your well on your way.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | do this cautiously, i'm sure it makes you feel good but it's better just to mind your own. people can be fucked up sometimes, sad but true. especially with economic times the way they are you never know what's on someone's mind b/c people are desperate. i see kids purse snatching old ladies. when someone comes up out of nowhere trying to talk to me, depending where i am, i'll have my hand in my pocket on my knucks b/c you never know when something may pop off... i've seen some really fucked up shit in my day and i'll be damned if anyone ever gets one over on me. one of these days i'm going to move out to the west coast, people don't seem as fucked up out there. i love my people in my city and love my city, but you have to be careful too. even when i'm on benzos, even when i'm rolling, even when i'm tripping, i still keep a steady eye out, just seen too many fucked up things happen

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i didn't mean that either, i've seen someone simply giving a homeless person money end up hurt. the moral of the story is just because you're feeling good or you're a giving person, sometimes doing good things can bite you in the ass. sad but true, perhaps not in all places but in the north coast it's very true (cleveland, detroit, chicago)

-When I was a much younger man, I oftentimes found myself in potentially stressful situations. My co-conspirators and myself found it much easier to act relaxed if we had a pre-meditated, and pre-practiced plan...a story we could all vouch for. Expect the typical questions, and be prepared with appropriate/matching answers. Make sure all your info is the same, because they ARE gonna split you up to question you! When I was in college, my clinical assesment final exam consisted not only of a test, but also an oral presentation...I practiced, and read, and memorized my paper until it came out of my mouth second-nature...when you got your story down pat you are like a stone wall; nothing moves you. Know who you are and be you.....HJ
