I'll take some new pics of my Pedros. They are growing quick! The Peruvian Torch however doesn't appear much different. I'll see if I can find my original pictures and make a b/4 and after set up. My cacti, BTW, were kindly given to me by a fellow member here. ![]() You know who you are! |

The bud grew since 2 weeks ago, and the smallest in the picture of 3 has grown that big from a bud 3 months ago. I never imagined they'd be this fast. The smallest had some rot problems that i think came from an adjacent cactus cutting with an infected base, but it has since healed and grown another inch. Btw, will they add to their width as they grow? or is that a problem? I can't leave them outside (neighbor kids like to steal/break/fuck up for no reason) so they don't get a lot of sun, i was thinking that could be it... |

The pic with the little one in the middle was started from seed. It was the only one of CM's seedlings i didn't kill. ![]() the first was given to us almost 2 years ago. All the pups you see are from the last year. The others were also given to us.

Great Pics everyone! As mentioned in my earlier post, here are some b/4 and after photos of my little babies. Once again, they were given to me by a cool fellow member here. Hopefully he'll see these pics. Here are some of them when they arrived and were first potted: |

And here are a few more, taken tonight, showing their progress. The little one, a Peruvian Torch, doesn't seem to be growing very fast if at all. It looks fine otherwise, but little growth while the San Pedros are growing well. |

the big one in flower has been there for about 20 years and all the rest from about the same time on. every year for the last ten, the old pedros have gone to flower and then seed, we keep every year in our seed bank. got about 250-350gms last year.which is when those pics were taken. |
