Best product for DMT extraction?

What is the best plant/bark to use for DMT extraction? It looks like MHRB is popular but does anyone have any suggestions for a first timer? I'd like to make MeO5 DMT, but I hear its pretty difficult to find a good source...unless you guys know otherwise??

Also...
I've read pretty extensively on teks, but still unsure which one to use. Any suggestions.

From what i've read around here, the toad is the best place for 5meo. If you want to make NN Dmt then i recommend MHRB. I am a newbie to extractions, and I have been using the Marsofold AB Tek and it is very simple and works.
