Ayahuasca extract

OK, after doing some research on DMT and Ayahuasca I have recently purchased some from my favorite online shaman shop. However I am having a hard time finding just how exactly I should ingest and take my journey as well as the correct dosage. I ordered 24g of the 5x extract. It has been quite a while since I have done any "extracuricular" activities. The last being over a year ago when I tried about 450 MG seeds which was OH WOW a very awful experience. I am up for suggestions and would be greatful for some tips as to not have a bad experience.

Well, as Ayahuasca is a combination of plants I'd be interested to know which were used and how much. Is it just one plant that's been extracted from? Is it a duo of a DMT-containing and MAOI-containing plants? If so, how much of which plant was used to make the 5x extract? Any more information on the constiuents of the extract would help greatly.

I think most people are not familiar with an Ayahuasca "extraction" -

Perhaps they brew Aya, then work it down into some goo?
There is no way to guess how much is in there if thats the case.

5x Ayahuaca sounds like a bunk product to me, but perhaps with more
information we can figure out what that stuff is...

Ok after re-looking at my "order" I realized it is not ayahuasca 5x but rather b. Caapi 5x. However, I have read elsewhere that this alone is not enough to take the journey and is merely the gateway. In fact, from my readings of course, I found that it is best to mix with Mimosa hostilis tea and drink the b. caapi approximately 30-50 min prior to ingestion of the tea. I just want to make sure that my purchase of mimosa hostilis is of course legal. I do not want to be caught by our friends. Hope this clarifies.

All plants used in Ayahuasca teas are legal.
Creating the product is the illegal action.

Technically, Banisteriopsis Caapi IS Ayahuasca, but you are correct
that you need a second agent to achieve the desired effect.

Ayahuasca is the caapi vine, which provides a MAOI (monoamine oxidase inhibitor).
MAOIs can be dangerous, so please educate yourself before indulging.

The other part of the tea (or dose, however you consume it) is a plant
containing DMT. DMT is destroyed in the body when consumed, by your
body's MAO, which is why you need to take the MAO Inhibitor.

Since you have some caapi extract...it may be smokable, hard to tell
without seeing it or knowing what form it is in. The effects should be
noticable more quickly when smoked, and can provide boosters during
the experience. You are correct in your timeframe though, as far as eating
the stuff goes. Take the MAOI 30-45 minutes before the DMT and then
its off you go.

This is a basic rundown of Ayahuasca, please do research and learn
as much as possible before getting into something you may or may not
be expecting. If you are familiar with DMT, that's a great lead into
Ayahuasca.
