Loph losing green color!!!

My Lophs are around 1yr old and are a good size. Approx. 2cm, but one has turned a dark green almost brown color. InI think it might be due to some kind of root rot. I need some advice on what to do??

Are any of them soft ? Patches of uneven green or very dark green does indicate rot. They are not sunburnt are they ???

How are you watering them?

its best to water every couple of weeks to a month, let them absorb all the water once the soil is dry they will start to grow, if theres little green growth it might be they are expanding there roots.

When i first got mine i was over watering and some went brown and died off.
