After using xylene in an extraction of one substance could swifm reuse the same xylene for a fresh batch of the same kind of substances? Or would it be best if they used new solvent?

Then yeah, you should be able to re-use it. It will require more cleaning at the end, though. Once it gets saturated with fats, some of them have to precipitate and they only have one place to go - your crystals. Although if you salt out your alkaloids, then distill the solvent, it'll be as good as new.

SWIM used the same xylene for 4 250 g peruvian torch dried cacti extractions without a single problem or reduce in yield, nor any extra color in the final mescaline HCl. He is still saving it to use on his next kilo, as well. If one chooses to distill their solvents, this could be even more economical, and could allow one to use fresher solvents each time, but it's not necessary in SWIM's experience.
