damn ![]() i was sure the tall one was active... i saw it was chopped in several places, so i thought maybe someone was anjoying this cacti already ![]() no matter, i know i will find a good one soon ![]() i think i know wher to find more candidates in my area. and i will take a pic of the flowering cacti as soon as i get over there again... thanx you all for your answers |

the first pic looks like it could be a Cercus Peruvianus as burger said but, I am pretty sure its a Stenocereus possibly a Stenocereus victoriensis or Stenocereus griseus and the second pic I am about 90% postive its a Stenocereus marginatus but, without upclose pics its very hard to tell what the cactus actually is, any way you could be better upclose pics? however they diffently aren't a Trichocereus species

whats the color of those spines? As those really look like a trichocereus chalaensis FR1052 or a trichocereus Chilensis ![]() would help to have better pics though without the grow light as its hard to tell the color of the spines and the areoles but, i don't think those are bridgesii too many spines per areole however I could be mistaken. They diffently look like a trichocereus SP though perhaps a trichocereus chilensis. Trichocereus Chilensis
