Hello, questions on dmt?

I'm Inck, brand new to the website, found it on google and I gotta say I love it.

so I dunno where to post my friends question so Im just going to post it here.

SWIM recently acquired some DMT, however they're not sure whether or not it is truly DMT, as SWIM got it at an incredible price because their friend didnt know at all what they had. In anycase, SWIM is skeptical, and thus did a bunch of research that answered many questions but also raised a few.

So SWIM has HEARD, but not infact read that there are three chemical compositions of DMT, not including the 5-meo-dmt, and the three differences basically translate into one can be snorted, one can be smoked with flame (Hyperspace jay?) and one must be freebased.

Thusfar from SWIM's research they have learned that it most commonly taken through smoking or injection (which is immediately crossed off) snorting would be an option for them as long as it doesnt require a maoi inhibitor (like harmaline / syrian rue)

Thirdly, a test run was made last night, through a freebase method involving a spoon and a pen, it did not work for Swim, leaving their mouth mildly numb and a bad taste in the mouth. According to Erowid's DMT:How and Why To Get Off, this is typical of this substance because getting the right dosage can be a tricky thing. So thus SWIM needs more and has looked into the recrystallization process, which states the longer one continues the process, the larger the crystals grow because of the breakdown and reforming of the chemical composition, but does it have a finite limit, thus if they continue on for say a week will they have a comically large and very exciting specimen or will it simply reach a peak like three days in and grow no longer.

So summary of questions for my friend

Best method of dosing
does the recrystallization process work, will the crystal grow
will the recrystallization process work even if it's not the substance they want it to be
Can it be snorted to great effect (I would assume that falls under dosing but SWIM is unsure...)
