I was wondering if the "Rooted" cacti at http://www.ktbotanicals.com/trichoce...ti-p-8118.html meant that they were in a pot already? Basically just receive and maintain?

Yes They generally ship bare-root from most places You'll need to pot them when they arrive. If it's winter where you are, Pot them up in your potting mix Don't Add Any Water Just dry potting mix Put them in a cool, dark place until spring.
