holy....[first breakthru on dmt]

excuse me if i ramble but...

i just experienced my first breakthru on dmt.

holyshit!

it's been about an hour or so since and my mind is just reeling from everyhing that was just given to me.

ahh, this is frustrating. i was TOLD to share but i can't get my thoughts straight.

so many thoughts and emotions crashing in. i don't know how to describe it.

this was by far the most amazing thing i have ever felt/been thru. i've smoked dmt five times before and felt i was close but i never brokethru. this time was different! even though i had never experienced it before i knew the instant i exhaled that this time i was on my way.

as soon as felt the rush(for lack of a better term) i leaned back and closed my eyes. within seconds it felt as though i was being pulled into myself and at the same time my entire being was expanding out through the universe. the visuals at this point seemed to match this feeling as if traveling through space at warp speed with far off galaxies rushing by. the expanding feeling stopped rather sharply and was replaced with a sense of ease that i can't even begin to describe. as this new feeling settled in i began to see myself among the swirling images racing by. as the feeling of peace got deeper and deeper my form sitting accross from me began telling me that everything was ok, life is life, it was nothing to fear. it's crazy but this was exactly what i needed to hear. and, as soon as the words where spoken a rush of happiness/love overwhelmed me. it felt as though my body was going to explode into millions of pieces from the emotions building inside.

my thoughts are still a bit scattered so i'll leave it at that for now but, i'll try to post more later on.

i wonder if everyone experiences the cold, shivering sensation. i thought it was just me. when i came out i was freezing. as soon as i wrapped a blanket around myself i was engulfed in a feeling of laying out on a warm spring day with the sun beating down. i could even hear birds singing in the background.

my last breakthrough, interestingly enough I was told NOT to speak of what I was shown, telepathically and with the "shhhh" sign which they did to me several times. when the entities communicate with me it is always telepathically or with signs, never verbally.

I dont remember exactly what I was shown anyway.

OR the shhh sign could have meant something else... like how you would tell a baby to shhhh. The experience was much like being a baby in this ridiculous alien playroom made of those awesome patterns. for some reason, birthday cake type candles were a prominent part of the trip and I actually saw one in my open eye field of vision as I exhaled my 4th hit and INVOLUNTARILY fell back and into a trance.

DMT is WEIRD!

I also experienced some ego loss.... and it kind of upset me. when I came back, while enjoying the relatively mild open eye stuff (the plaid pattern on my pajama pants moving like little highways, with an eye or mouth at each intersection, and wine bottles in a rack moving like elephant trunks) I didnt remember who I was... and as I remembered at first I thought I was about 10 years younger, still in my teens. when I realized I wasnt, it made me upset

no I havent experienced that.

but thats exactly what it could have been... you could have been so surprised by what happened that you WERE in shock and it wasnt.

actually now that I think about it, the first time it worked for me (tho I consider what happend a sub breakthrough dose) when I came down I felt like I had a heavy adenaline dump like I was in a fight or something, and I was really excited and had to call a few of my friends and babble about what happened.

Personally, I get intensely cold with any potent psycedelic experience. Everybody else in the room is giggling and sweating and I've got on two shirts, a sweater and a stocking cap! My toes will get so cold they actually hurt if I don't wear heavy socks. But, then again, I'm a tall guy with poor circulation. My toes are ALWAYS cold.

The cold phenomena is weirdest for me when eating a big handful of Amanitas, 'cause they make you sweat. Being cold and sweaty at the same time is a very bizarre feeling.

The most intense cold for me is DMT or Datura. Before I hit the DMT pipe, I spend ten minutes putting on 5 layers of clothing. If I don't dress really warmly, I'll end up shivering for 30-45 minutes. Once I GET cold on psychedelics it is all but impossible to warm back up.

That's when the hot shower comes into play...

it was extracted from mhrb obtained from the wonderful people at bbb. it was smoked in a regular glass pipe on a layer of ash the covered with a thin layer of bud. the strange part is it only took a 1/4 of what i've smoked previously.

being told to share was incredible. it didn't come to me as physical words. but as images of myself sitting with one of my friends going through their first breakthru. with each image a feeling of peace and love overwhelmed me
along with the feeling that these people where ready and that they needed this. in some of the images two people where present and i got the sense that the observer was ready but they needed to witness someone they loved experience it first before they would be open to it. it truly was incredible, when i came out i felt as if i was going to explode from the calm/love/peace that kept rushing in.

i'd have to agree with you.

i know i went into thinking it would just be like a badass acid trip. but, it was SO much more. it really was a case of informational and emotional overload for me. and i really think that is what triggered the shock response.

i helped three others breakthru last night. all broke thru on their first dose and none of them experienced anything like this. i can only guess this is becuase of the time i spent discussing my breakthru with each individual before hand. unlike myself they where much better prepared for what was about to come. and i have to say it was really amazing watching others go through it.

Throbbinwood check your PM box for info
The very first extraction worked perfect using mars tek scaled down.
Here it is;
100g of MHRB costs about $30
Mix Solution: 4 oz. of White (5%) Vinegar to 1 quart of Water.
Break the 100g of MHRB into small peices then grind to powder using a blender or coffee grinder.
(the finer it's ground the better).
Place the ground MHRB in small covered Crockpot, add 1/2 of the above
solution till MHRB is completly submerged, turn crockpot on to High.
(use the rest of the solution for the Second extraction)
2 extractions / each for 2 hrs.
When the 2nd extraction is done, clean crockpot for hot water bath.
once complete, press the plant fiber to get the last of the red liquid out.
Strain both extractions in to plastic container & place in freezer for 2 hours. (this is called Cold Filtering)
After 2 hrs at the bottom of the cold plastic container you'll see gummy Brown sediment, throw that brown gum AWAY.
Once both extractions are cold filtered, pour the red fluid into a 750ml Clear wine bottle.
(reason for a clear bottle is too see seperation when extracting naptha)
Preheat your crockpot with Hot water & place your 750ml bottle in the crockpot & turn it on.
Next, to Basify put 1 Tbsp of Lye in a small bottle & slowly add 100ml warm water, swirl to mix thoroughly.
Slowly add the base to your 750ml bottle & upend till it's all BLACK in color.
(turn cap to release pressure after upending)
Leave an inch of space at the Neck of your 750ml bottle for the Hot Naptha.
As for the naptha extraction, place a small bottle filled with about 60ml Naptha in Hot water bath, get it good & HOT. leave cap slighty loose to release pressure. Once the naptha is good & hot, add 20ml of hot naptha to the 750ml bottle neck & upend it for about 3 minutes. (release pressure each time) then Place your 750ml bottle back in the Hot water bath & wait for it to seperate,
It'll seperate in about 10 minutes when it's HOT.
Once seperated use a pipette or eye dropper to extract the hot Naptha containing your spice alkoloids.
Do Three of these 20ml Hot naptha extractions, Put all 3 naptha extractions in small sealed mason jar. (Use a small glass to catch any black specs that might get in, that way you can remove it before adding to your mason jar)
Put sealed jar in freezer, white flake crystals will form in a few hours, but wait overnite till crystals have completely fallen out of solvent. Thoroughly dry on coffee filter. Do this procedure in a cool dry area otherwise it'll melt !!
Final Wash: mix Non soapy Clear Ammonia with water, 50/50 solution in a nip bottle or very small container. Get it Ice Cold !!
Place the coffee filter in a funnel & drip Just a Few ml's of this chilled washing solution over the dried crystals till wet.
(You Only need very little, this will remove traces of lye which make the product harsh)
Crystals will dry in a few hours.
Ready to sample: put lots of ash in bottom of pipe, place a pea sized amount of crystal in & cover with a little more ash, lite & blast off ...!!!
End Results; 100g of MHRB will produce approx. 1/2 gram white flake crystals.

It only sound crazy to folks who have never experienced psychedelics.

If ya ask me I have met 'god' and many other interdimensional beings.

Some times even feel like my brain is being tweeked by ancient myan priests or aliens ect.

the CEV's were intense, however no Open Eyed Visual 3D effects at all.
the room stayed the same & this was at night.
A 40mg blast hits you like a freight train to the point of where you forgot what you have just smoked ?
From past experince good spice lets you into an astonishing geometrical phase to say the least & will produce very pleasent CEV's & OEV's espcially at night.
But this stuff is questionable, I think it's a different type (species) ?
Anyone else experinced this type of spice ?
Time to try a different source for sure !!!!

what vendor was it? which one do you usually use?

I'm thinking about trying research botanicals next time. I used MJB last time but I heard research botanicals is better.

Then again I heard it all comes from the same place and variances are between batches and not vendors.

but in all reality, I think if you are hallucinationg off of it, its DMT.

I came back to this world and noticed my buddy laying next to me. I was never happier to see him. This last batch was so clean and strong, I've never gone so hard on one hit. What a fu**in' ride! I felt like i shook the hand of GOD and lived to talk about it.

TAG, This latest batch was from Research Botanicals !! However in the past i've gotten some very good bark from them. This time I'm going 4 MJB, I have B4 & it had been good w/ 3D's & all. I think the supplies vary when they come in, so you get what you get. BBB has good quality too. PS/ I've had good bark from here: ethnogens.com That was my first and I only got a 1/4lb, but have since tried there's, it seems to be consitent. however a bit pricy. ah well, it is good quality !! PS: I noticed springtime (april - may) has the best bark from almost every vendor. A seasonal issue. I've also heard that the Mexican strain is top notch, have yet to try any though ?

yea Ive heard the mexican is better but all the places in the US sell brazillian...

either way I am gonna be doing it again around may or june so hopefully I can get some of that good springtime bark

The bark was from Maya. I used to deal with them back in the day. They sell high quality bark, but it's quite expensive. BB also sells excellent MHRB, I'll be dealing with them from now on.

40mg's yesterday produced no such animal, just intense CEV's !!
Seemed like a completely different batch, although it was the same spice

I did a not very successful a/b extraction about 2 years back. Did get me a tad off baseline but no break-thru. Got too busy to get back to it but after reading these reports I'm going to have to make some time to extract. I've got most of a kilo that's been in the freezer so I'm hoping it's still good.

I'm honestly kinda worried about going that far out. As I start to really take off on a small dose I feel as though my mind is being dragged reluctantly through a disturbing psychadelic dimension. It's only after it's over that I can really make sense of, and enjoy the fascinating points of the trip. Somewhere above 20mg for me, my breathing becomes so shallow that I can't tell I'm still getting any oxygen unless I make an effort to take a deep, audible breath. This is always the first thing to bother me on the ride up, but I have spent many minutes in this trance-like state observing patterning while not being aware of my breathing till I snapped out of it.
At this point I think a breakthough experience would be too intense to appreciate for me. The fact that you're going so far outside of reality makes me always question whether or not I will get back.

Also, I think that what one experiences during a breakthrough would challenge my current system of faith. I've gone through some scary and disturbing trips that showed me aspects of reality I didn't want to see at the time, but going into hyperspace and receiving instruction from entities just seems a little too far out for me. I don't know if my heart could take that.

I hope that made sense and some of you may have had the same concerns at some point and can understand where I'm coming from here.

Can anybody here with experience offer any words of wisdom on the breakthrough trip?

trust me you're not alone. i freak out a little before each session. the am i ready, can i handle this doubts start rolling in. from my experiences though it seems i've only been shown what i needed or could handle seeing.

My suggestion would be to let go of all the hang-ups.. Sure, it can be a bit scary, or it can be amazing, however, it only lasts about 10 minutes, and it will NOT kill you.. Tripping, IMO, is supposed to show you there are no limits, and that is when you become enlightened... Once you let go of worrying about what is gonna happen and you just take the plunge, you'll see it's just like the fear you get on the first big hill of a rollercoaster.. Sure it makes you anxious, nervous, and a bit scared, but as you plunge down that first hill, the fear leaves and the pleasure ensues.. It's usually so fun, most wanna go again and again.. I find DMT the same way.. No matter how scared I get, or even if I think I am dying, I know deep down I am gonna be fine. Also, if it challenges your belief system, then maybe your belief system needs challenged..
