im just guessing here but I would assume you do not own a pressure cooker?

    I see popcorn....

whats up with your jars man?

You will surely experience much better results using real jars with real lids... as well as certain success using grains with a pressure cooker...

You cannot steam or boil grains... it simply will not work

BRF/PF jars are even tricky when boiling/steaming....

Im guessing you dont have a pressure cooker based on the glasses and taped tops you are using...

your efforts are appreciated however this looks like a recipe for disaster.

ask people for some help man.... im sure someone could help you obtain a pressure cooker or some jars.

you do present some very nice photos as well, you say your cased trays after 2 days in the fridge looked like that

im not too sure i understand your process here... Please shed some mor elight on this because when you say your trays looked nearly colonized after 2 days in the fridge i am confused.

    peace

    Exemp,

Do you have a pressure cooker? or are you steaming?
For some reason P.C's seem to be available at most delicattesans owned by Turkish people.
If there are any such stores near you, you should check them out. They're obviously not brands common in the West, but they seem to be very nicely made. Mine's great

Anyway, I'll throw you a message, get some PR spores in the air for you buddy.

    Fingers :

I'm going to asume it was to cold shock. Cold shocking is really not needed for cubes. It is a farse. Cold shocking does work for some species but is totally unecessary for cubes.

Fractional Sterilization / four day steaming DOES WORK with popcorn.

It works really well, in fact.
