Thai Koh Samui -fonte carimbo de um amigo cultivador - cultura em agar- isolamento em papelao .
2 bolos(ta,tb) + 2 copos (tc,td)+ potao invitro total(t1)

2 bolos (ta, tb)= micelio clonado em papelao, recortado em cubo e depois " enfiado" diretamente no centro do bolo, em ambiente controlado(glovebox). (3/10/06)
substrato utilizado: PFCremofé (patent pending )
teste de tek - Empilhamento para frutificaçao. pretendo frutificar um bolo em cima do outro por problema de espaço horizontal. tenho um terrario com 90 cms de altura por 25 de largura. se der certo BINGO! pro alto e avante!
* Cortei os bolos dia 19/10 ao meio verticalmente, para montar um TRAIN CASING. tecnica que consiste em formar trens com os bolos cortados ao meio, e depois cobrir os mesmos com uma fina camada de pó de coco+café+calcareo.

2 copos (tc, td)= micelio clonado em papelao e depois desprendido do mesmo em cultura liquida, inoculado em 3/10/06
substrato utilizado: PFCremofé (patent pending )

Potao invitro total(t1) - micelio clonado em papelao, depois desprendido em meio liquido , inoculado 5/10/06
Quirera enxarcada no café + vermiculita + cremogema
16 dias até colonizaçao total no escuro. apos isso foi apenas tirado da incubadora para proximo a uma janela. mantenho o vidro selado ddesdo inicio do processo.

1 copo - (PA) - micelio vivo em papelao clone do ultimo cogumelo do BOLO1 do cultivo coletivo by morta
substrato utilizado:
Cremofécomtudodentro - (esse era um teste entao utilizei pó de madeira+quirera+ o resto do cremofé que estava na geladeira)

1 copo(b) 1 seringa de 1 cc de esporos by morta PESA
substrato utilizado :Cremofécomtudodentro -

Diferença entre multi-strains em um copo e o isolamente de um só micelio. vejam a competiçao num THAI-multi strain(apesar de nao ser proveniente de multi - esporos, eu clonei a partir d emicelio algoddoado, portanto a partir de vários micelios diferentes)
já o pesa foi inoculado a partir de 1 unico micelio, rizomorfico e isolado a partir de um pedaço de chapeu que soltou um braço de micelio, e esse micelio depois foi reproduzido em varias placas de papelao, depois colocados de volta em cultura liquida para aumentar de tamanho e soltar do papelao pra facilitar a inoculaçao.

fotos ilustrando a injeçao de agua + café nos potes (Ta,TB) - 300 ml agua + 10ml café sem açucar. 40 ml de agua injetados dentro de cada pote.
após a injeçao eu selei eles e os mandei pras profundezas da geladeira.

really well, we do need a "extra" induction to pinning, as the temperatures here where i do live are too hig to promove pinning (28-36C).
the caffeine seems to do that trick.(but it must be brazilian coffe )

hmm, interesting.
i've never found higher temps to inhibit pinning though,
seen some mighty nice flushes with temps in the mid 90s [F]

vejam o colar de pérolas que se formou no encontro dos dois potes, foi o pinset mais bonito que eu consegui aqui utilizando bolos PF.acho que terei muitos meninos em, breve!foto do meu terrario também, usando tek do favelado.

updating 10/23

continuo borrifando agua+ café em baixas concentraçoes com um borrifador manual. 2 ou 3 vezes por dia conforme a necessidade.desculpem as fotos borradas, mas nao tiro meus bolos de dentro do terrario de jeito nenhum


im still spraying the water+brazilian coffe solution twice a day as needed. the evaporation isnt great at this seazon , we got very high temperatures righ now. (but today the climae seems to be cool, around 24-26 C but still too dry outsides.)
sorry for the blurry pictures, but i cant take the cakes out of my terrarium (i dont think it´s safe )

tirei algumas fotos melhores! os pontos marrons sao devido ao excesso no uso de café, o micelio parece ,no entanto , nao se importar com os mesmos.

i took some better pictures.
the brown spots are there because of the coffe, i just think now that i´ve puted a lot more than needed on those cakes.
however, the micelium doesnt seems to care...
