Ordering Spores in Westerrn Australia

So I've ordered a couple of spore syringes and am awaiting delivery. It is my understanding that psilocybe mushroom spores are legal because they do not contain any active drugs.

My question is can I still be busted for trying to import these under quarantine laws? It is illegal for me to import these syringes?

If there is anybody within WA that has orded spores online tell me how it went so I don't have to be so paranoid about it. Cheers

What do you guys think about me canceling the order and finding a safer way to do this? I'd lose the money but there has to be a way to get my spores without the risk. Anyone here live in australia and wants to sell me a print let me know.

I've sent prints to Australia without a hitch, but like Golly said, it's pretty hard to pick up on a print. If you do keep your order and they get stopped by customs, and they give you shit for it, deny deny deny.

You have cubes, copes and liberty caps as wella s the cold weather species P. subaeruginosa in Australia.

ALl you need do is collect a couple of cubes in Queensland along the Gold Coast region near Brisbane or Murwillumbah and or Adelaide in NSW and you can make your own prints.

Like I said, if anyone in Aus can help me out please pm me. I've canceled my order and now I have to acquire a print somewhere.

Oh and btw Adelaide is in SA, not NSW

Psilocine and psilocybine are illegal to possess or sell under the Criminal Code Act of 1995 (CCA). We have received a report that harvested psilocybin-containing mushrooms are considered illegal "preperations" throughout Australia, and growing psilocybin mushrooms consitutes "manufacturing illegal drugs" and carries even higher penalties. (thanks Torsten) The mushrooms themselves are subject to specific controls in some states or territories.

"Any plant of the genus Psilocybe" is restricted under the "Border controlled plant" provisions of the CCA (see section 314.5 of the Criminal Code). This makes Psilocbye mushrooms illegal to import and export, and illegal to possess if they have been imported. We have received an unconfirmed report that it is possible to import or export of psilocybin mushroom spore prints for purposes of microscopy, though this technically may be a violation of the CCA (thanks A Moffett). (updated Apr 2008)

Sorry for being so rude guys, It was about 1 am for me I was kind of kranky. Mjshroomer good idea but I just don't think it will work for me. We have cars but my last one was stolen a few months back and I'm kind of on the broke side. I've considered finding my own spores but Adelaide is pretty far away from me and Queensland is about as far from home as I've even been. I have never seen and psilocybe mushrooms growing wild around here, but belive me I have tried! Even If I did find something I would be afraid that I had misidentified it. I've seen something that looks like liberty caps but they were way larger than any pictues I've seen on the net.

Just order some spore prints. You can make a syringe yourself.
A print will just come in an envelope.
