    Copes and Wild Shrooms of Samui Part One

    Okay, here are some images of Copelandia cyanescens, Lepiotas and other wild shrooms on Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand, 710 km south of Bangkok and 52 km west of Surat Thani Province in the Ang Thong Marine National Park.

    Other Wild Shrooms of Samui

    This Coprinus below is form Elephant dung at Na muang, Koh Samui.



    Panaeolus papilionaceus





    Puff Balls









    Reeshi on coconut tree bark.






    And these are prepresentative of the wild shrooms on Koh Samui.
    Some other species not shown include various species of Panaeolus, Coprinus, Conocybe, Stropharia, Macrolepiota, Russula and Termitomyces species.

    Yes on many occasions

    and I even have a shroom with my name, and this fall, Gaston Guzman will be naming a new species from the PNW in my honor.

    Currently I have Psilocybe samuiensis Guzman, Bandala and Allen from Koh Samui, pictured in the cube pictorial posted in another thread in this series here at Mycotopia.
