Well i woke up this morning to find my timer had turned the lights on at some point during the night. They are meant to come on at 7.30. The other night they didnt turn off so i ditched the timer. Digital crap i wont be using again! Could do without the stress though, my plants are at 5 weeks. After going through my weed i found less seeds than i thought, mostly mature though. Plenty of white force s1's though which i hope will throw up a g-gorce pheno or 2. Damm glad i have this place to get stuff off my chest. Stay safe everyone and nice to see you back bucks! |

Hey guys, finally found out where you'd all got to , hope your all doing well. Havnt got an outdoor grow this year due to my half arsed efforts at planting out time, had 20 purple peace and 10 various esben crosses all as seedlings ready to go out and i kept putting off doing it as stuff always seemed to come up, got to the day before i went away on holiday so i had to do it and it was one of those scorching hot days we had towards the start of the season most of the little plants had wilted pretty badly by the time i got them in the ground at the spot then i could only give them a bottle of water each before going away for 2 weeks. Went back to check on them when i got back n everyone of em had been burned to death![]() Just means ive had to do an extra indoor grow this year in the months when i'd normally shut it down due to heat problems, but heat stressed plants are better than no plants come harvest time (or lack of it outdoor) Oh btw anyone know where ch@ppers has got to? doppey |

Welcome doppey and hi everyone else! Nice pics tps and wam, you are right about the sun though, where is it! In the end i did not plant any auto's outside, weather has been terrible. Well still nothing of mine to top the size of those lol. just thought i would show you some of my stuff. My original aim was to make an auto version of this but the project has faltered a bit due to a lack of time and space. I thought it would be suitable cos of its fast flowering time(7weeks) and very vigorous growth. This was grown in soil in a really small pot, 1.4l, never fed and not properly watered. Dried out a few times. ![]() Next is the same strain(white force) in a 6.5l pot of soil, much bigger and better but still well below its potential imho. ![]() ![]() I am running cuttings from the big plant in nft and the difference is crazy, mainly cos they dont rely on me for water i think. The biggest yielders i have had, approx 3oz from a plant vegged to about 10". I will try and take some pics tonight when the light goes off. Cheers |

if you keep breeding a strain in the uk i understand after a few years it becomes aclimatized---short flowering strains not pure sativas--trying to get the plant to flower early threw selection---can this be done with a mother plant that has flowerd fully then reveged grown through the summer flowerd then reveged---can this aclimatize a plant and alter its finishing times or rather than let it flower fully just as it starts to flower bring her in doors and up the lighting hours so she starts reveging over the winter ready for next summer---the shortest number of hours befor she starts to flower nothing more than 15 hours---or is each plant programed for its own finishing times---stay safe

![]() | hey up
Thought I'd drop in again - can see pics now I'm logged in (only TPS's show if not registered and logged in) Yup WAM's right I've been spending all my time on brewing forums, made my first all-grain brew the other week: a pale ale. Next will be a Dunkel Weissen, loving brewing. Cellar temps are a bit warm at the moment for lager and also for growing - the two Kush's were in poor state when I got them (pot bound, fan leaves removed or fallen, stretch, no light) and they;re now a little crispy having gone from a sunless windowsill to 400w HPS. Reconfigured cab a little to take reflector off and hang bulb vertically with main fan blowing up across it which hasn't brought temps down in total but has at least eliminated the super-hot bit. Could really do with a cool tube in there though or bake-a-round... Pretty quiet here though. My chillis are ROCKING though :-) Pics soon I hope Long range forecast is good for south and east PISS for the north west |
