Calling those that can Read Chinese

Ok I found this lil gem of solid silver in my basement, it just fits my pinky finger and I am wondering if perhaps its a Omen of things to come or perhaps something meant for good luck as I do believe in such things but, and more curious as to what the inscription reads, So please it would be great if someone could help.

says happy "kuai le" in mandarin. It's upside down on the first picture tho.

something that is interesting tho, is that the second character which by itself means happiness/joy... if you add the radical that means plant... you get drug... i.e. in chinese, plant + happiness = drug

sorry for being unclear.

the ring just means happiness.

I was just throwing in random trivia about the drug thing... in that if you combine the characters for happy and plant, you get the character that means drug.
