PE6 - Brazil Grow

Here this my experience cultivating the PE6...

Tek: scraping espors.
1 print (Pró-Fungos/BR).
Grain: Organic wheat.
Esterelization: microwave

Esterilized the grains of wheat in the microwaves per 8 minutes in polypropylene pots , and after this I scraped the espors on the grains inside the glovebox.

Aftter the 100% of colonization, i cover the substratc with one mix of 50% vermiculite + 50% coco and a little turfa !!

Video of procedure

3 days affter scraping:

So, I had 6 on average flush in this culture each one with 10 mushrooms. It was an excellent experience, i make a lot of good prints.
I use to advantage to thank the knowledge gotten here in the mycotopia and ask for excuses for the poor domain of the language.

Positive Vibes !!!

Wheat sterilized in the microwave huh?

You don't see too many success stories with grain in the microwave. At least I don't recall seeing much success with that tek, but that don't mean much

Nice work, thanks for sharing!

Nice grow. That is certainly an intriguing approach to grain prep.

What is your contamination rate?

Thank you!

The rate of contamination is well below 1%, had problems at the start of use of the technique, when incubating the jars at 29 °C, after down the Temperature to 25 °C the fermentation of grains and contaminants do not appear more!

TKS eatyualive and zod.

Preparation of seeds:

Put the beans in a polypropylene container and added boiling water, the grains remained there for 12 hours.

After that I washed the grains and shared with lower PP in pots and placed in the microwave.

The setting and time was used in microwave 8 minutes divided into two periods of 4 minutes and 8 power.

!!!
