![]() | ? about my cakes 2 days ago i birthed 2 pints (brf-verm), cut them in half, dunked, and rolled them in verm. They are in 3 ltr. water bottles to fruit. today they look fuzzy in the exposed areas (about 1/8 in. of fuzz seems to be trying to grow over the verm). Is this normal or is this cobweb starting to form? |

![]() | bottom has a high rim in the middle so icut about an inch in and filled the rim around the edge with verm. then placed it over the cake sitting on a ball jar cap so there should be plenty of air. I mist once a day and pick up three times a day to disperse co2. I just put a drop of h2o2 on fuzz and so far it seems unaffected |

![]() ![]() ![]() | check the type of file, then the size after that look at the chart on the "upload" page. If your file is too large sometimes it will take forever before it gives you the error msg. So just go ahead and change the file type or resize your image. Hope that helps ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i love he way the mycellium looks....so healthy and bright white. Gotta participate in the pin dance too !For future reference, cobweb can have a milky gray appearance to it, not nearly as bright as myc. Best of Luck, Merm

| Yea I, like Fahtster, saw these "star gazers" on a site somewhere that were outrageously over-priced. Since thats the only place Ive ever seen a strain identified as "star gazers", I wondered the same thing. Your best off ordering from one of the sponsors here. You cant go wrong there. Although it appears they were legitimate cubes, you might no be as lucky the next time, if the source isnt credable. Best of luck to you though. -Snake |
