Spawn grain after fruiting in vitro?

A couple of weeks ago I got back after a few days away, and a bag of MexiCubes on WBS had started pinning in the incubator. They had been intended for spawn, but I put some polyfil holes in the bag and let 'em go. It was a pretty nice flush; they're still drying, but quite a lot came out of that little spawn bag directly off the bird seed.

Now, the question. I'd like to still crumble the WBS and spawn to poo/coir. It's only been a couple of days but it's pinning again already. Should I crumble it now, or let it flush again first? Should I spawn it right after harvest (now or after next flush) or put it in the dark and let the myc recover a bit?

u proly could just pick off the pins and use it as spawn just fine.

Yeah, I'm probably getting too picky. I doubt it would make the diference betwen success and failure. But, those pretty little pins, just itching to become big mama shrooms. How could I be so cruel????

They're pinning right off of seed without a casing?

How full are your jars? Qts? What kind of air filter you got going on?
