    about to dunk
    I'm about to dunk a fairly large casing. I'm wondering, how long should I dunk it for? Should I just dunk it in straight water? or poo tea maybe? or something else?

    4-6 hours is good for casings.. too much would make it soggy and would break easily.. be careful w carrying it..
    thats why flooding or heavy misting is better for casings imo..
    i think normal water would be good..

    i flooded the casing for 6 hours weighted down with a pot filled with water...to drain the tub after flooding, i tipped it over while holding the casing down and poured the water in my bathtub...the casing became waterlogged...do i just leave it? or how can i dry the casing without it crumbling in my hands...i wanted to set it on a drying rack, but it was too soggy

    You just need to let it drain the best way you can. Leave it in open air for a short while so some of the moisture can evaporate. Keep an eye on it so too much moisture is not lost.
