uncle bens natural brown rice?

I just bought a pressure cooker today at jc penny's and i want to make some cakes. i have uncle bens brown rice, can i crush that up in a coffee grinder till its a powder then add vermiculite together? is this correct?

it's a bit more precise than that but thats the idea... theres a good chance that uncle ben's has preservatives in which case... No, you probably won't get any growth due to the additives that "keeps" the rice from going bad... you need natural brown rice with no preservatives.

Try the vaults for a 'failure proof' way... in this case, Uncle Ben will really fail you. Go Organic!

you can use any rice other than 'instant' rice.

grind it and mix as per pftek .

now since i got my PC i want to make a LC so im going to do the honey tek using 1 teaspoon of organic honey for every 100 ml of distilled water is this correct? i plan on punching a small hole through the lid then place foil over the lid and PC then take the foil off inoculate with spores then cover with micropore tape then tyvek? does that sound ok?

oh also can i add h202 to the honey water?

Edit actually i will use silicone for the port but is there a need for a tyvek cover if i use the silicone port?
