    wbs and pf tek

Im sure this has been done but do you think it would work if you added wbs to pf tek. I have been crumbling my brf cakes and casing. it seems that the wbs would help the cakes crumble easier and it would give some more air space in the cakes for quicker more even colonization. Just an idea I want to try. Opinions?
