    need advice on brf jars

I made a bunch of brf jars. Some of them were injected with Oakridge.I had a print and made a couple 20ccs syringes. The myc.took right off, only one problem, right where the tip of the needle was, nothing is growing. Its like its growing around it.My first thought was cotams.but some of the jars are doing great.where there is no myc growing there is no discolored or nothing.some of the jars are starting to fill in now.Is there a reason to be worried?the last two are from the same syringe of the other jars.
