    yeah, tape needs to come off for fae -
    by 2 weeks along
    those jars should be almost finished-
    the lack of air is slowing their growth.

    Multi spore means lots of spores as apposed to an isolate, syringe made from a print is multi spore.

    I just innoculated on saturday morning and three of my 14 jars have small little puffs of mycelium, should I take the tape off my jars too or wait until the myc gets a good hold of the cakes?

    for reference my jars look exactly like his.

    82 is great ! But don't let it creep up on yah. An extra hot afternoon and BAM its suddenly 84 and beyond.

    Accidents happen (I got proof) ... so give yourself some leeway.
