Bee Pollen?

Hip do you just buy bee pollen pills or do you use the granules and grind?

I remember his answer to this from another thread that I can't seem to find.

Either will do. I use the granules without grinding them up as my coffee grinder broke, and I'm lazy.

I couldn't get ahold of bee pollen but I did use yellow corn meal from hippie's supercake formula and the myc is breaking the fuck out, hardcore. I used a liquid culture but still, these half pint jars are going quick.

i use the granules
but i doubt it makes any diff-
the granules melt in the PC.

personally I'm waiting for my LC to finish then I get to see the speed of Hippie's supercake recipe. I had to adapt it a bit to suit what I could find. Just for fun, this is what I have...

Lake Water (yay living near a reservior finally pays off)
Verm
BRF (pre-ground)
organic shredded coconut meat
bee pollen
coarse yellow corn meal
flax seed (whole. brown iirc)

couldn't find blue corn meal, cottonseed meal, or the various kelp extracts.

Can't wait to see some myc rip through this substrate.

I found kelp extract capsules at a health food store. but the cocnut is next to impossible. Will be using pond water from a friends house, don't trust the lake here, any time you see frogs floating upside down.... well that just don't bode well!

couldn't find cottonseed meal either, except online and don't have that much extra cash right now. As for the blue corn meal, try a mexican ethnic store, that's where I finally found mine.
